Georgetown IRB Virtual Office Hours
Welcome to the Georgetown University IRB Virtual Help Desk Office Hours!

Beginning June 1, 2024, the Georgetown IRB Staff are providing Virtual Office Hours (VOH) by IRB Analyst/IRB committee. Each registered appointment will have a 30-minute time slot with an IRB Professional for one-on-one assistance. VOH is an opportunity to meet with an individual IRB Analyst to discuss your individual concerns and questions regarding the IRB process.
Through May 2024 the Georgetown IRB Staff are providing Virtual Office Hours (VOH) alternating on Tuesdays from 1PM-3PM EST and Fridays from 10AM-12PM EST.
For appointments after June 1st, please select the IRB Analyst who aligns with the type of research you are conducting.
Please Note:
- The Georgetown IRB Staff will not provide any IRB determinations during Virtual Office Hours. In order to receive an official IRB determination, the study protocol must be submitted and reviewed through the Georgetown-MedStar IRB System.

- The Georgetown-MedStar IRB System is a shared IRB System.
